I understand each individual and family is unique. It is my sincere desire to walk with you along your journey of planning for the future. My vision for LifeDialog began as a resource for families to think about, communicate and document their wishes as they age.
Facilitation
Our full-service facilitation guides you and your loved one(s) through a series of questionnaires and conversations to help you explore your, and your loved ones', wishes for you as you age. The conversations are intended to develop and document your thoughts, and to prepare you to communicate them to your loved one(s). At the conclusion of the process, you will be provided a guiding document you and your loved ones can reference for years to come.
Consulting
Since not every family has the same needs, we offer a consulting and coaching service to guide families through the process of planning for and discussing their wishes for how they want to spend their (or their loved ones') later years.
