I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and have enjoyed a 30-year career, primarily in healthcare and helping professions. I began my career as a medical social worker, which drives my passion for advanced care (life) planning. Over the years, I have served in many roles, including direct practice and leadership.

In my coaching and consulting practice, I help individuals and families explore and share their wishes for how they want to live later in life. I do this by guiding you through a structured, facilitated approach. 

 

In my therapy practice, I see adults who are struggling primarily with grief, loss, anxiety and depression. I am particulary interested in helping clients in their healing from feelings of guilt, shame and humiliation. I believe each of us holds the internal resources to flourish, and I'd be honored to help you bring them to life.
